There was also time for power exchange and transfer but also for recognition of the companies that have best used the capabilities of Salesforce technology.
We’ve learned how Commerce Cloud and Marketing Cloud come together to provide a richer customer experience thanks to the ubiquitous Superpowers, prediction, empathy, and flexibility to achieve maximum personalization in the business with customers.
